01Dew point, mugginess and severe weather
When the dew point is close to air temperature, the air feels muggy and the risk of thunderstorms and heavy rain rises. A dew point above 20 Β°C is considered uncomfortably muggy.
On summer nights a high dew point can also favor fog. Compare with temperature and humidity maps.
